ENM is a company specializing in the distribution and servicing of electronic and electric equipment for boats for the yachting profession and for amateur sailors.

The ENM firms grouped together under the same trade name and the same holding company have been bought or created by Vincent Dagault since 2001.

Timeline of the ENM firm

• February 2001: creation of the GDR holding.
• February 2001: purchase of the MASSON firm (Les Sables d’Olonne and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie).
• May 2002: purchase of SITEL at La Trinité Sur Mer.
• June 2002: purchase of FABRE MARINE at La Rochelle.
